These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777cbx platform, including the website located at 777cbx.cam, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any content, features, promotions or services made available through this platform (collectively, the "Platform").

777cbx is operated as an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides access to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer formats and associated promotional offers, together with informational resources covering responsible gambling, payment guidance and terms of use.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 777cbx (the "Operator"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Use of any feature of the Platform — including browsing content without registration — constitutes acknowledgement of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — the 777cbx website at 777cbx.cam, including all pages, features, games, betting markets and services accessible through it.
• "User" / "you" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" — a registered user profile created on the Platform, associated with a unique username and verified identity.
• "Operator" — 777cbx, the entity responsible for operating and maintaining the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by the Operator subject to wagering requirements and specific terms before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by the User from their own financial resources, held in their Platform account balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions are permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or unlawful under applicable local law.

By accessing any part of the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming a bonus, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in full.
2. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
4. All information you provide to the Operator is accurate, current and complete.
5. You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that the Operator does not guarantee any outcome.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out below, you must not proceed. The Operator reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity).
• You are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any time during which you use the Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer or close relative of an employee of the Operator or any affiliate, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by the Operator for breach of these Terms.
• You are gambling with funds that are your own and that have been lawfully obtained.
• You understand that local laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling in your jurisdiction and you have independently verified your legal position.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device configurations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency. You must promptly notify the Operator of any changes to this information. The Operator reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration against third-party sources.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to the Operator in writing without undue delay.

The Operator reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

In accordance with the Operator's licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) commitments, all Users are subject to identity verification prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to accessing specific features of the Platform.

KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., a screenshot or statement from your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, bank account statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or similar).

The Operator may request additional documentation at any time where it deems verification incomplete or where account activity raises compliance concerns. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. The Operator reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to require re-submission via an approved method.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all transactions on the Platform. These limits vary by payment method and account tier, and are displayed at the point of transaction. Where amounts are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), current exchange rates apply where currency conversion is involved.

Withdrawals will only be processed after successful KYC verification. The Operator targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes specified in the payments section of the Platform, but cannot guarantee these timeframes where third-party processing delays occur. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

The Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending any ongoing investigation into suspected breach of these Terms, AML review, or pending KYC completion. Users will be notified where this is the case.

From time to time, 777cbx may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentive schemes to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, and to these general Terms where no specific terms override them.

• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. Unclaimed or non-activated bonuses will expire as specified in the relevant promotion.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage wagering designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, may result in cancellation of bonus funds and any derived winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Users are advised to review their selections carefully before confirming any bet, as the Platform does not permit post-confirmation cancellations or amendments except where a specific cancellation policy applies to a given market.

In the event of a technical error, systems failure or manifest pricing error, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account balance. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical fault or pricing error will not be honoured and will be reversed.

Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral T20 and Test matches involving Pakistan), football, UFC and esports — are governed by the specific market rules published within each sport's section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between market-specific rules and these general Terms, the market-specific rules prevail in respect of sporting outcomes only.

Live in-play bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including in response to irregular betting patterns or live event developments.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of account balances:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from the Operator.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or any form of coordinated wagering strategy designed to defraud the Operator.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal, fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain without reporting them to the Operator.

The Operator endeavours to maintain the Platform in continuous operation. However, the Platform may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical interruptions or downtime resulting from factors within or outside the Operator's control.

The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices and internet connections are suitable for accessing the Platform securely.

The Operator accepts no liability for losses resulting from the Platform's unavailability, including losses arising from the inability to place, amend or close bets during a period of downtime.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software, database compilations and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in the User's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

The Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity or goodwill.
• Losses arising from reliance on the accuracy of odds, event results or game outcomes.
• Losses resulting from third-party system failures, internet outages or payment processing delays.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Users are encouraged to set personal limits at the time of registration and to review these limits regularly. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The Operator does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their own local laws.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — the Operator will provide reasonable advance notice via email or an on-platform notification before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
